DEFINED SCOPE BEFORE WORK STARTS
Service boundaries
China Launch Desk provides independent, task-based China-side business assistance. Every accepted task has a defined scope, price, timing and deliverable before work begins.

First China-side Task — US$29
- One clearly defined remote task involving one supplier, business, listing or information request.
- When contact is involved: up to five agreed questions and up to three reasonable Chinese contact attempts.
- The deliverable may include original replies, screenshots, an action record or other evidence agreed before payment.
- Travel, visits, samples, courier charges, purchases, physical handling, long negotiations, multiple suppliers and larger tasks are excluded and quoted separately.
Ongoing and custom tasks
- Supplier follow-up, quote clarification, sample coordination, evidence collection, visits, appointments, written Chinese communication and other lawful business tasks may be scoped separately.
- Each engagement states responsibility, timing, deliverables and price before payment and work begin.
- Travel and third-party costs are prepaid by the customer or paid directly to the provider unless the written scope says otherwise.
Supplier communication and evidence
- A reply, negotiation, transaction, commercial result or safety verdict is not guaranteed.
- Photos, video, documents, measurements and observations show only what was captured within the agreed task.
- A local visit or remote review is not a supplier audit, AQL inspection, engineering review, certification assessment or laboratory test.
Purchasing, payments and customer funds
- China Launch Desk does not become the buyer or seller, sign contracts for the customer, take title to goods, or receive, transfer, control or advance customer funds.
- Purchasing, payment execution, escrow, freight, insurance, dispute recovery and refunds require separate qualified providers and are not implied by a contact or evidence task.
Prohibited requests
- No illegal, deceptive or grey-market activity; counterfeit or restricted goods; fake documents, certifications, reviews or evidence.
- No account rental, identity verification for another person, platform-rule evasion or misuse of third-party credentials.
- We may refuse tasks that create unacceptable legal, safety, access, reputational or operational risk.
Buyer responsibility
- We do not provide legal, tax, customs, certification, product-safety, sanctions or import-compliance advice.
- The buyer remains responsible for specifications, supplier selection, contracts, payments, inspection plans, regulated-product requirements and the final commercial decision.
- We do not guarantee target cost, quality, quantity, deadline, supplier conduct or transaction success.
