We clarify the location, access, time, deliverables, travel, and third-party costs, then provide a separate quote before work starts.
Can I use China Launch Desk for regular support?
Yes. Regular follow-up or several connected tasks can be agreed as ongoing support with a private scope and price before work begins.
Do you guarantee a supplier will reply?
No. We can make the agreed reasonable contact attempts and return the action record and any original replies received.
Can you pay suppliers or hold funds for me?
No. We do not receive, transfer, control, or advance customer funds, and we do not become the buyer or seller.
What information should I avoid sharing?
Do not send passwords, full bank details, identity numbers, signatures, or confidential documents through the website form. Share only what is necessary after scope confirmation.
How are travel and third-party costs handled?
They are identified before work starts and are prepaid by you or paid directly to the third-party provider. They are not included unless the written scope says so.
