This page explains what is processed when you use the AI route card, what stays on your device, and when a third-party service becomes involved.

Route-card text
Nothing is sent while you are filling in the form. When you create or regenerate a route card, the text fields you submit are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Singapore to produce the AI-assisted result.
A reference link is not opened by the AI. Only limited reference information needed to structure the request may be included. Do not enter passwords, full bank details, identity numbers, signatures, or unrelated personal information.
Reference files stay on your device
A selected photo or PDF is a reference file for later contact. It is stored only on your device and is not analyzed or uploaded at this stage. Selecting a file records only that a local reference exists so the route card can remind you to attach it later if you choose.
Usage limits and security
We use limited pseudonymous counters to apply the monthly AI allowance and reduce abuse. Device and network identifiers are transformed before those counters are stored. We do not intentionally save your route-card text in our own database.
Analytics
Anonymous site analytics load only if you choose Allow in the consent notice. Your consent choice is stored on your device. You can clear the choice through your browser storage settings.
WhatsApp and later contact
WhatsApp is a third-party service. Opening WhatsApp sends only the prefilled text you review and choose to send. You decide whether to paste the full route card or attach a masked reference file during later contact.
